07. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is the only available payment method. Customers must have the required payment amount available when the order is delivered.

08. Order Verification

We may contact customers to verify order details before dispatch. Orders containing incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable information may be delayed or cancelled.

09. Delivery Information

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including a valid address and contact number. Incorrect information may result in failed delivery attempts or delays.

10. Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch accepted orders promptly and provide delivery updates when available. Delivery timing may vary based on location, courier conditions, weather, and availability.

11. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from courier operations, weather, transportation issues, holidays, or external circumstances.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where cancellation is available. Once an order enters the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

13. Returns

Eligible products may be returned according to the applicable Return and Refund Policy. Returned products must satisfy the stated eligibility and condition requirements.

14. Damaged Products

Customers should report damaged or defective products promptly after delivery. Supporting photographs or additional information may be requested to review the issue.

15. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Because orders use Cash on Delivery, refunds follow an available approved reimbursement method.

16. Non-Returnable Products

Certain hygiene products, personalized items, opened consumables, digital products, activated services, and other restricted items may not qualify for return or refund.

17. Third Party Services

Trusted delivery, hosting, analytics, communication, and technical providers may support website operations. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Disputes will be handled according to the legal requirements and jurisdiction applicable to the transaction.

01. Return Eligibility

Our 14-Day Return Policy allows eligible products to be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products should generally be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

02. Product Condition

Returned products must remain suitable for inspection. Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components may not qualify for return or refund.

03. Excluded Products

Certain hygiene products, personalised items, opened consumables, digital products, activated services, gift cards, and other restricted items may be excluded from returns.

04. Return Request

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Customers should provide relevant order information and explain the reason for requesting a return.

05. Return Approval

Each request is reviewed for eligibility. Customers must receive return approval and instructions before sending any product back.

06. Return Instructions

Once a return is approved, customers will receive instructions regarding the return method, packaging requirements, and any additional information needed for processing.

07. Return Packaging

Products should be packaged securely to help prevent transportation damage. Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components should be returned where applicable.

08. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the product and packaging may be requested.

09. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, notify support promptly with your order details. Photographs may be requested to help verify and resolve the issue.

10. Return Inspection

Returned products are inspected after receipt. The inspection determines whether the item meets the applicable return conditions before a refund is approved.

11. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for approved returns that satisfy applicable eligibility requirements. Products failing inspection may not qualify for a refund.

12. Cash on Delivery Refunds

All orders use Cash on Delivery. Approved refunds are therefore arranged through an available support-approved reimbursement method rather than reversing an online payment.

13. Refund Method

Approved refunds may be provided through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or another available reimbursement method communicated during the refund process.

14. No Cash Refunds

Delivery personnel and pickup agents cannot provide cash refunds. Approved reimbursements are processed only through an authorized refund method after verification.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection and approval. Additional processing time may apply depending on the reimbursement method.

16. Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements may vary depending on the reason for return, product condition, and applicable instructions. Customers should follow the return guidance provided after approval.

17. Missing Components

Products returned without required accessories, components, packaging, or included materials may require additional review and may not qualify for a full refund.

18. Used Products

Products that have been used, washed, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery may be rejected unless the issue concerns an eligible product defect.

19. Return Exceptions

Some products may have specific restrictions because of hygiene, safety, personalization, digital activation, consumption, or other product-specific considerations.

20. Repeated Returns

Unusual or repeated return activity may be reviewed. Future return requests may be restricted where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

21. Order Information

Customers should retain order information until the return or refund process is completed. Accurate details help verify requests and support efficient processing.

22. Policy Updates

This Return and Refund Policy may be updated when services, procedures, products, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be made available through the website.
